Hungarian-Slovak Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperation Support

Seize new business opportunities with Hungary or Slovakia

Do you need to attract investments, expand into new markets or find commercial or technological partners beyond Danube? Would you like to get detailed information about business opportunities in Hungary or Slovakia or business cooperation with Hungarian or Slovak companies? Would you present your "know how" and visit your business partner premises in person?

Exploit these possibilities provided free of charge by the National Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Slovakia, in cooperation with Theodore Puskas Foundation and Hungary investment and trade development agency, in the framework of cross-border project Support of Slovak- Hungarian cooperation of Small and medium enterprises.

Aiming to decrease economic and social disparities and create new possibilities of economic development, we have started a new project for SME business support from Bratislava, Nitra, Trnava, Banska Bystrica, Kosice regions and Hungarian Gyor-Moson-Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom, Pest, Nógrád, Heves, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Szabolcs-Szatmár- Bereg counties, as well as Budapest city.

The aim of the project is to provide the widest scale of services to our entrepreneurs, that will help them to establish new business cooperation with partners on the Hungarian side.

The project will be implemented for 12 months, till end of august 2010. Among other things, the project's expected activities are as follow:

  • in-depth study on possibilities of common region for enhancing regional cooperation of SME,
  • establishment of SMEs database with detailed data,
  • launching of a communication platform enabling entrepreneurs to communicate on-line,
  • organisation in common of 2 seminars, 4 international commercial missions, 4 conferences, 4 international brokerage events.
